The trout bite has been very spotty lately with the weather changing from warm to cold. Anglers catching specks say if they are hitting they are catching a lot of them. Try jerk plastics in shad and shrimp styles bounced slow on the bottom. Crank baits have been fooling some trout and a few top water baits. Look for trout up the rivers and and not moving very much.
