ICW 4/3/09

The wife and I went to the ICW for a couple hours this afternoon and had a good time. The wind was not to bad and boat traffic fairly light. First we hit a couple of banks and I hooked up a ground mullet, and then she got a redfish just under slot. We started drifting on the south shore hitting the bank and piers. Wifey caught a very nice speck, 21in., her best, and right then I hooked a decent flounder......then silence. We packed it in since we had dinner. High water, very muddy and all caught on gulps. Keep yer hooks wet.

yeah the wife caught the fish but didnt wanna get slimy, she had already washed up!!!
